Shine a light on PanCan

November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, and to kick off our month long ‘Shine a light on PanCan’ campaign we will be hosting a purple light walk to the Legislative Grounds.

Minister of Healthy living Jim Rondeau has agreed to speak, and as more exciting details unfold, we will keep you posted.

For the month of November, we will be selling Black light (purple) 75W light bulbs at $5/ea with 100% of the proceeds benefiting research here in Manitoba.  The idea is to have as many homes lit up in purple to shine a light on pancreatic cancer.  We would like a rough idea how many bulbs we need to bring in, so pre-orders are appreciated.

We are also looking for sponsors to help offset the costs of our purple packages.  Email pancanmb@gmail.com if you are interested.

If you’re a business and would like to act as a vendor for Shine a light on PanCan, we are always needing more locations to showcase our products.

Please spread the word.  It is our time to shine!
